No GMO or other chemicals added only natural nutrients. Wild Spinach, Goose Foot, Pig Weed many other names for Lambs Quarters. Prefers moderator moisture, full sun, grows well in partial shade, pretty much anywhere and everywhere. It\u2019s called Wild Spinach in Europe and very popular there.\u00a0 Member of the Quinoa family can grow up to 10\u2019. The leaves have a mild spinach flavor but are denser, packed full of just as many nutrients.\u00a0 Use leaves in place of spinach for salads, in eggs, and soups.\u00a0 My favorite is to coat them with olive oil and crisp them in the oven. Can also be frozen.\u00a0 The seeds can be made into flour.
