Vines are vigorous and high-yielding, often growing over 18 feet in length with around 12 to 16 gourds per vine. Large, oblong to cylindrical fruits can grow up to 2 feet in length and weigh up to 50 pounds each. The skin is typically light green or white, with a smooth, waxy texture. The flesh is white and firm, with a slightly spongy consistency and a mild, slightly sweet flavor similar to zucchini or cucumber. The fruits can be used in stir-fries, soups, and curries, as well as puddings, cakes, and sweet beverages. The seeds can be roasted, or ground into flour for baking. 85 to 95 days to maturity.
