PEPPERMINT. Easy to grow herb reaches 24" tall and about 24" around. Consisting of purplish, square stems with oblong purplish leaves with toothed edges and pointed tips. Produces small pink, white or purple flowers at the end of each stem from July to September. Wonderfully fragrant fresh cool scent can be smelt as soon as you step outside. Does great in containers or the garden. Very easy to grow from seed. Pretty much a carefree plant once established. Just snip off leaves as you need them.
