5 Medium and large red organic Jerusalem Artichoke. Will add little soil to stay good on the way. Tubers ready FOR PLANTING Perfect to plant. Can be planted any time the ground isn't frozen. Produces abundant tubers that can be used cooked as you would potatoes, or in stir fry like water chestnuts.
