Foamy meadow rue is very hardy down to zone 5. they like humus rich soil in part shade to low sun. they are low Maintenace and bug dear resistant.the seeds need a cold period before they will sprout. you can plant them outdoors in fall or early winter or put them in your fridge for 1-2 months before planting.
