Corbaci Sweet Pepper This heirloom from Turkey is also called Sari Tatli Sivri. Uniquely slender, sweet, 8-10 inch pods grow in spiral. They start out yellow-green, maturing into red, with a fruity and sweet flavor. Edible at any stage. The wall of this pepper is not too thin or too thick, making it a perfect choice for fresh eating, pickling, grilling or frying. You can also dry the red pods and turn into a paprika type powder.
