Southern Giant Curled Mustard (Brassica juncea), or just Southern Curled, is the most common variety of mustard greens. This annual is slow bolting and cold tolerant. Will produce 18-24" upright plants with bright green crumpled and frilled leaves. This heirloom is a traditional southern favorite. Mustard greens grow very easily and can be grown anytime during the year. Great cooked or used as greens in salads or sandwiches.
