It is one of the easiest plants to grow and will produce a lot of squash. To make a colorful and delicious lunch, simply slice into a skillet, some of this, some of the regular zucchini, some tomatoes, and then sprinkle with some Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Cook until tender. Yum! Being an early squash, you should see fruit in just 52 days! It will continue to produce until frost. Plants are productive and fruit is a beautiful golden yellow. Can be used whole, sliced, in salads, etc until about 8" long. More mature squash is good for stuffed zucchini where you hollow out the seed and pulp froom the center.
