Tendergreen Mustard (Brassica juncea) is a cross between spinach and mustard. Also known as Komatsuna, this heavy yielder will produce long, wavy and frilled leaves that are perfect for salad greens or cooked. Unique spicy/nutty taste that is much milder than other mustard seeds.
